Fe Community Development Center started with The Rodarte Family. They wanted to love on their community and decided to do that by using Christmas, to bring joy to as many children as possible (with Santa & toys). Their tradition started on December 2008.

Through their experience, they created their Relationship Building Model that helped them further connect with their community. Now they use their knowledge to help other families and peer groups, to produce their own events or projects. Their moto is: "our community is our family". Since then, they have served over 10,000 families with Christmas joy, empowerment projects and the planning of individual goals for overall wellness. The education they found on creating healthy individual and collaborative relationships helps them reach their ultimate goal: "loving their neighbors". Mark 12:30-31

Mission statement

At FE, we advocate for a better quality of life, supporting the reduction of habits that negatively impact our well-being and those around us. We provide resources and a platform for people to do what they love. Working as a team of equals, we facilitate the organization and implementations of projects. These events address community concerns in a creative and positive peer group setting. In order to expand the love for our neighbors.
